Wells & Co is a locally-owned business which specialises in residential sales and lettings in West Leeds. The firm was merged with another long-established company, Adair Paxton LLP, in 2008 which has its headquarters immediately opposite the Wells & Co office in Station Road, Horsforth. This merger allows clients of Wells & Co access to a much wider range of property services covering both the residential and commercial property markets.
